*We only accept Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, GoodDog Pay and PayPal for our deposits.

*The balance of the puppy must be paid in full by pickup. We do prefer CASH as there are no banking fees or credit card fees associated with cash only transactions.

if you must make your payment is another method such as Zelle, Venmo, or cash app, there may be additional fees associated with the transaction charged by your bank. Sales tax of 7% will also be need to be added for all non cash transactions.

We no longer accept checks for any reason

*A deposit assures we are holding a puppy only for you and it cannot be sold to anyone else. 

*Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the puppy to you. If your puppy becomes sick, or dies prior to its ready date, we will replace it with another one as it comes available. If you decline waiting, we do issue a full refund. 

 *HOWEVER If you simply change your mind about the puppy, we retain your deposit to compensate for passing up other potential families and having to re-post advertisments and re-vet families for placement. So please be certain about your choice, finances, and desire for the puppy you pick out.

* WE DO NOT HOLD PUPPIES WITHOUT A DEPOSIT*

We prefer you pick up your puppy so that you may see our home, where the dogs are kept and how the puppies are raised. The USDA requires all buyers to visit our facility in person to inspect the grounds, meet the parents and see the pup in question prior to sale. 

We keep all our puppies until they are at LEAST eight weeks old. If you are unable to pick up your puppy on their “ready by date” for your litter, please call us to make arrangements. An additional fee will be charged to cover the extra time, kenneling and any necessary vaccinations that come due while your puppy is in our care. 

By purchasing one of our puppies, you are agreeing to never surrender this animal to a shelter or rescue service. If you find yourself unable to care for your puppy any longer, please contact us and we will buy the puppy back. We heavily vetted  all of our buyers, and set incredibly high expectations for the homes they go to. Please help us keep that standard by returning the puppy to us rather than surrendering them.

We will continue the veterinary care and take the appropriate amount of time in locating a new family rather than risk having them euthanized or sent somewhere they may not receive the appropriate care.
